Governor Newsom: Sign Senate Bill 4

Senate Bill 4 (SB 4) is on Governor Newsom’s desk, ready to be signed into law. This bill is crucial to increasing affordable housing in Los Angeles County. 

SB 4 would make it easier and faster for faith-based organizations and nonprofit colleges to build 100% affordable housing on land that they own, building the homes we need to address the homelessness crisis.
